Meet the Doctor
Dr. Jacques R. Williams
Owner and
Practicing Doctor
I am originally from the State of Washington but have travelled the world before settling down here and making Georgia my home.
I attended Alcorn State University, undergraduate studies and graduated with a B.S. in Biology/ Pre-Pharmacy.
After graduating I briefly pursued my pharmacy dream but then changed course to dentistry.
I graduated from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.
I continued my studies at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in the Hospital Dentistry program.
I then worked in a community health center in Mississippi before moving to Georgia.
I am a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
I am also a Diplomate of the American Orthodontic Association, a member of the International Association for Orthodontics, and lastly the Academy of Minimally Invasive Implantology.
Continuing education is a passion of mine.
I want to continue to be abreast of new techniques, treatments and equipment so that I can provide the best possible care for all my patients.
Here at Uptown, you will be treated like family. I understand you may have dental phobias.

Personally, I am a sports enthusiast. I love to play golf, watch golf, and often think about golf. When I am not golfing I am spending time with my wife and four children.
